用生脉散汤剂治疗糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

Effect of Shengmaisan decoction for the treatment of diabetes with coronary heart disease and angina

目的 :探讨用生脉散汤剂治疗糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 :对2013年2月至2014年1月期间江阴市中医院心内科收治的60例糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这60例患者分为丹参滴丸组和生脉散组,每组各有30例患者。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,对丹参滴丸组患者加用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,对生脉散组患者加用生脉散汤剂进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果 :与丹参滴丸组患者相比,生脉散组患者治疗的总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :临床上在对糖尿病并发冠心病心绞痛患者进行常规治疗的同时,加用生脉散汤剂对其进行治疗的效果显著,能有效地改善其心绞痛的症状。

Objective To study effect of Shengmaisan decoction for the treatment of diabetes with coronary heart disease and angina. Methods： Select from Department of Cardiology of Jiangyin Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from Feburary 2013 to Januaray 2014 treat and receive for diabetes with coronary heart disease and angina in 60 cases for research object. Randomly divided 60 cases into Danshendi Group and Shengmaisan Group,30 cases each group. Base on routine treatment, treat Danshendi Group with compound danshen dripping pills, treat Shengmaisan Group with Shengmaisan decoction. Compare total effective rate of two groups. Results Compare with Danshendi Group,total effective rate of Shengmaisan Group is higher, discrepancies of research results of two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treat diabetes with coronary heart disease and angina with Shengmaisan decoction base on routine treatment is significantly effective, this therapy can effectively improve angina symptoms of patients.
