The revolutionary impact of information technology on examinations is becoming increasingly evident. During the 13th five-year period, education examination informationization is faced with two major challenges： a serious examination security situation on the one hand and a strategic need for the examination and enrollment system reform on the other. In order to promote the development of informationization in the examination field as well as to improve the modernization level of examinations, it is important to enhance information security capabilities, to accelerate the integration of informationization and examination business, and to improve the comprehensive management ability of education examinations.
