The article introduces the research of assessing the economic benefit of standard on Zhongshan lighting industry using ISO Methodology. The result shows significant influence of utilizing product standards on procurement, production, research ＆ development and marketing ＆ sales business functions of manufacturing sector of the industry, and the outlook of further research on the industry level.
