城市工程运输车交通管理现状、问题及对策建议

Current Situations, Problems and Suggestions on Engineering Transport Vehicle Management

针对城市工程运输车辆(俗称渣土车、土方车)交通违法乱象频发的突出问题,各地公安交管部门积极联合相关职能部门开展专项整治,但收效不甚理想。为提高工程运输车的整治成效,本文基于对工程运输车的特点及城市道路交通影响的分析,总结国内部分城市工程运输车管理规定,提出对策建议。

High incidence of traffic violation activities by engineering transport vehicle on urban roads has become a serious problem.Several special law enforcement campaigns were carried out by the traffic management department and other related departments, but with little success.In this paper, the characteristics of engineering transport vehicles and their influenceson urban road transport are analyzed. The current regulations on engineering transport vehicle management are also summarized and studied. Based on this research, several suggestions are proposed to improve the effects of engineering transport vehicle management.
