摘要
1993年9月,美国提出了民航协同决策(CDM)的理念并在实际运营中证明了CDM对减少航班延误大有裨益。本文,首先介绍了CDM的理念以及产生背景,概述了协同决策系统在欧美一些发达国家和其在中国实际应用情况,其次通过对华东地区CDM系统推进情况以及运行流程的分析,指出协同决策系统在运行中存在的问题,以期改善相应问题后的CDM能够助力我国民航事业进一步发展。
In September 1993,the united states came up with the concept of collaborative decision making and proved it has a lot of advantages to reduce the flight delay in the actual operation. The paper first introduces the conception and creation background of CDM. Then summarizes the CDM practical application situation in some developed occident and china. This paper also points five disadvantages of CDM by the analysis of CDM promotion and operation process in eastern China. With the solution of the specific problems and positive cooperation between every participators, CDM will promote our country＇s civil aviation industry.
