以资源型城市可持续发展为导向的交通网络优化策略研究

Optimization Strategy of Traffic Network Forming Based on the Sustainable Development of Resource-based Cities

良好的交通运输网络构建对资源型城市的转型发展至关重要。本文从资源型城市可持续发展趋势与其现有交通网络构成形态分析两方面进行探讨。首先分析了资源型城市历史发展弊病以及对其交通网络构成的影响,指出优化交通网络是未来盘活资源型城市的重要条件。其次通过将普通城市交通网络与资源型城市交通网络对比,分析其中差异并总结出资源型城交通网络发展滞后、秩序不稳、供求失衡等问题。最后,结合国内外相关理论与实践,制定符合资源型城市特殊性的交通网络形态优化策略,以期其作为城市转型发展的强心剂,驱动新发展。

A good transportation network construction is essential to the transformation and development of resource-based cities. This paper discusses the sustainable development trend of resource-based cities and the analysis of the composition of the existing traffic network. Firstly, it analyzes the historical development ills of resource- based cities and the influence on the composition of the traffic network. It is pointed out that optimizing the traffic network is an important condition for revitalizing the resource-based cities in the future. Secondly, through the comparison of ordinary urban transportation network and resource-based urban transportation network, the difference is analyzed and the problems such as lagging, unstable order and imbalance between supply and demand are summarized. Finally, combining with the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of traffic network in line with the particularity of resource-based cities, so as to promote the new development as the tonic of urban transformation and development.
