旅客到站自助服务系统研究

摘要 目前我国铁路客运车站已基本实现无线网络覆盖,满足了候车旅客实时了解信息资讯的需求,但针对下车旅客的信息需求却尚未有人在现有网络平台下进行有益探索。本文针对旅客到达目的地时产生的关于饮食、住宿、旅游等需求,在现有技术平台下综合网络信息资源,并通过新浪服务器、百度云与微信平台将整合后的资源直观便捷的传递至旅客手中。文章以微信平台作为开发基础,通过连接新浪服务器与百度云平台实现服务智能化需求,在满足旅客自助服务的前提下对系统功能进行设计与搭建,并通过真机测试证明了系统可以稳定的实现天气、风景美食、换乘、在线导航、行包寄存、专车接驾、附近搜索以及快捷住宿等查询功能。最后通过分析调查问卷得知系统在一定程度上符合旅客需求,具有相应研究价值。 At present, the passenger station has covered wireless network so that it can meet passengers' demand that to know information in real time. However, the needs of arrived passengers have not been explored under the existing network platform. In order to meet the needs about diet, accommodation, tourism and others, this paper builds a system through Sina sever and Baidu cloud, so that the integrated resources can be got intuitively and conveniently by passengers. The paper takes WeChat platform as the development foundation, and realizes the demand of intelligent service by connecting the Sina server and the Baidu cloud platform. The function of system is designed and built under the premise of realizing passengers' self-service, so that weather inquiry, scenic and food, transfer inquiry, online navigation, luggage storage, special car calling, neighborhood search and quick stay can be realized stably through testing. Finally, we can know that the system meets the needs of passengers to a certain extent and has relevant value of research by analyzing the questionnaire.
