摘要
涂层 /基体结合强度是衡量喷涂质量的关键指标。利用有限元方法对涂层 /基体剪切结合强度的测定方法进行了力学分析 ,着重讨论了涂层 /基体交界面上的应力分布。然后 ,在此基础上 ,针对 3种不同涂层材料 (Al2 O3、Al、Cr3C2 / Ni- Cr) ,对涂层 -基体交界面进行了应力分析 ,比较了不同的涂层材料性能对涂层 /基体剪切结合强度的影响 ,给实际喷涂工艺有一定的指导意义。
One of the important characteristics of successful sprayed coating is the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate. The mechanics analysis of a coating/substrate bonding strength test method was performed by finite element method (FEM) in this paper. The stress distribution on the coating/substrate interface was analyzed. And then, the stress of the coating/substrate interface with three different coating materials(Al 2O 3?Al?Cr 3C 2/Ni Cr) was further discussed, and the influence of coating material properties on the bond strength was compared, which will guide the practical spraying technology.
