摘要 比较不同 C、N源对嗜盐隐杆藻细胞生长及胞外多糖产量的影响。结果显示 ,硝态氮是该藻细胞生长及产糖的最佳 N源 ;大气中 CO2 是藻细胞生长的最佳碳源 ,而胞外多糖 (EPS)的产出量在以醋酸钠为碳源时最高。培养时间越长越利于 EPS的积累 ,且在后期 EPS的增长速率快于前期。 The cell growth rate and EPS production were investigated under different C and N conditions. The results showed that aphanothace halophytica can grow better and produce more EPS in culture of NaNO 3 for C sources than in culture of NaNO 2, N 2, Gly and urea. Air CO 2 was the suitable C sources for cell growth and the alga can have more EPS in culture of CH 3COONa for C nutrition. The longer the culture time was, the more the exopolysaccharides were. In late growth phase EPS accumulated faster than in early phase. The pure exopolysaccharides were obtained by purification on DEAE cellulose column from crude exopolysaccharides.
