坚持16年成为＂零担之王＂,德邦为何要去当快递新兵？＂你有没有注意到,‘德邦＇读起来特别响亮,因为这两个字都含有爆破音。＂在采访中,德邦物流董事长兼总经理崔维星对《中国企业家》说：＂这个名称是我挑的。＂然后他又皱起了眉头,＂就是‘德＇这个字的笔画有点多了,在广告牌上远一点看,有时候就是黑乎乎的一团。＂会计出身的崔维星对于细节有着近乎苛刻的要求。他会注意到大厅里绿植掉下的叶子为什么没有被扫走,自动门掉色了为什么没被补好。还有,办公室前面的草坪黄了为什么没有被处理。

Cui Weixing said that he is much concerned with details.He even admitted that he was over strict with his employees around due to detailed questions. 'I've become much better now.'
