摘要
基于宽温电连接器密封件的研制要求,搭建了一套宽温(77K^410K)试验系统,系统由耐低温和高温的试验杜瓦、温度/压力测量装置、压力可调节的气源装置、抽真空装置、氦质谱检漏仪、冷源和氮气加热装置组成,利用系统进行了宽温电连接器密封件试验不同压力、温度状态下的性能研究,验证了宽温电连接器密封件对预定应用状态的适应性,可为后续宽温电连接器密封件的研制提供技术支持。
A set of wide temperature (77 to 410 K) test system was built to study the wide temperature electric connector sealing. The system consists of low temperature resistant, high temperature test of dewar, temperature/pressure measuring device, adjustable air pressure device, vacuum equipment, helium mass spectrometer leak detector, cold source and the nitrogen gas heating equipment. The wide temperature sealing pieces electric connector test was studied using the system under different pressure and temperature. The result shows that the wide temperature electric connector seal is adaptable to the reservation application state, which may provide technology support for for subsequent wide temperature electric connector seals.
