摘要
为了提高离子源中开关电源的数字处理能力,综合开关电源发展现状,本文设计了一种基于TM S320F 28335的电源控制系统,并对其主要控制回路进行设计与参数调整。实现了两级开关电源组成的高能金属源电源系统的控制,此种控制简便灵活,对系统任务完成优良。
In order to improve the digital processing ability of power supply for metal ion source, a power supply system is designed based on TMS320F28335 with referring to the current developing situation of the switching power supply. The main control circuit is mainly designed with optimized parameters. The design scheme makes the two-stage switching power supply of metal ion source more easy and flexible to be controlled and completes the task very well.
