高效液相色谱法测定D-对羟基苯甘氨酸

Determination of p-Hydroxy-D-Phenylglycine with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

建立了反应体系中 D-对羟基苯甘氨酸、N-氨甲酰 - D-对羟基苯甘氨酸、DL-对羟基苯海因 3者含量的测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法测定 ,以 Kromasil- C18为固定相 ,φ(乙腈 )∶ φ(水 )∶ φ(磷酸 (85 % ) ) =10∶ 90∶0 .0 1为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 2 10 nm。3者回收率分别为 99.5 % ,98.6 %及 99.6 % ,RSD为 0 .11% ,0 .13%和0 .2 1%。实验结果表明该法简便、快速。

A method to determine the contents of p hydroxy D phenylglycine, N carbamyl D hydroxyphenyglycine and DL hydrocyphenylhydantoin in the reactants was established. The constituents were determined by HPLC,with a column of Kromasil C18 as stationary phase , φ (acetonitrile)∶ φ (water)∶ φ (phosphoric acid(85%))=10∶90∶0.01 as mobile phase and detecting wavelength at 210 nm(uv).The average recoveries were 99.9%?99.8%and 99.9%, RSD =0.11%?0.13%?0.21%. This method is simple ,efficient and reliable.
