体力活动对高血压患者心血管风险相关生理指标的影响 被引量:3

Study the Effects of Physical Activity on Cardiovascular Risk Related Physiological Indexes in Patients with Hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨高血压人群体力活动水平与心血管风险相关生理指标的关系,为运动改善高血压心血管疾病发生风险提供理论依据。方法:纳入2015年8月至2016年8月在湖北省随州市中心医院体检中发现的未经治疗的高血压患者200例为研究对象,清晨空腹抽取静脉血分离血清,检测血清中Hcy、Hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL^(-1)α和hs-TNT等心血管风险相关指标;同时通过问卷调查的方法收集研究对象的基本人口学特征以及日常体力活动情况,分析体力活动和心血管相关风险生理指标之间的关联性。结果:高血压患者中,体力活动较高组Hs-CRP、IL-6、IL^(-1)α均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间的TNF-α、Hs-TNT、Hcy等指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压人群的体力活动状况与炎症指标明显相关,提示体力活动有可能具有降低炎性因子水平的作用。 Objective To explore the correlation between physical activity and cardiovascular risk factors in hypertension cases in order to provide a scientific basis for ameliorate cardiovascular disease risk by physical activities. Methods The 200 untreated hypertension eases were recruited from checkup center of Suizhou Center Hospital, Hubei province during August 2015 to August 2016. The fasting blood was taken from cubital vein, and the serum was segregated for detection of cardiovascular risk factors including: Hcy ,Hs-CRP ,TNF-α ,IL-6 ,IL-1 α and hs-TNT. Meanwhile, inquiry form was designed to collect General demographic data and daily physical activity intensity from research subjects. Results The lever of Hs-CRP, IL-6,IL-1α were lower in high intensity physical activity group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There were no significant correlation between physical activity intensity and levels of TNF-α,Hs-TNT,and Hcy. Conclusion The physical activity condition has strong correlation to inflammatory cytokines, which hint that physical activity could be helpful for reducing the level of chronic inflammation in hypertension cases.
