摘要
通过合成生物兼容性优异的新型纳米团簇,如碳、铜纳米团簇,并构建了荧光共振能量转移(FRET)体系,以此来对葡萄糖进行高灵敏、高选择性的检测。通过荧光光谱分析仪、透射电子显微镜和红外光谱等进行表征。在最优条件下,系统荧光强度随葡萄糖浓度的增加呈线性增强,线性范围是9~54μM,检测限是6.39μM。该探针具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。
A new type of nano clusters with excellent biocompatibility was synthesized, such as carbon, copper nanoclusters;and the fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) system was constructed in order to detect glucose. The system was characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that, under optimized experimental conditions, the fluorescence intensity increases linearly with the increase of glucose concentration in the range of 9 -54 μM, and the detection limit is 9 μM. The probe has high sensitivity and selectivity.
