套管损坏水平井的钻磨桥塞技术应用

摘要 随着水力泵送桥塞分段多簇体积压裂技术在页岩气储层的广泛应用,常会遇到桥塞无法全部钻除影响压裂效果的情况,本文通过对钻桥塞异常情况原因进行了分析,并制定了相应的对策。但对于水平段发生套管损坏的井,由于施工风险大,是否采取修套措施需慎重考虑。本文介绍了YSH-2井钻塞期间发现水平段套管损坏,通过现场施工情况的分析,并应用井下成像技术确定井下状况,研制应用套铣+钢丝复合捞筒一次修套、打捞成功,为顺利钻除井内剩余桥塞提供了良好的井筒状况。 With the widespread use of hydraulic pumping bridge plug segmented clusters volume fracturing technology in shale gas reservoirs, the condition that bridge plug cannot be drilled away happens frequently, which will affect the fracturing effect. In this paper, reasons causing abnormal conditions in drilling bridge plug were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Considering the high risk of operation for horizontal section with damaged easing, whether to repair the easing need be considered. The condition of YSH-2 well with damaged casing in horizontal section during drilling bridge plug was introduced, site construction condition was analyzed, downhole condition was determined by downhole imaging technology, one-off casing repair and fishing operation process was developed, and casing repair and fishing operation were successfully finished to provide good wellbore condition for removing remaining under-well bridge plug smoothly.
