摘要 在法庭科学领域,经常会遇到各种高分子物证化学成分和结构鉴定的难题,如涂料、纺织纤维、橡胶、塑料等。本文综述了近年来裂解气相色谱/质谱法在法庭科学中的应用,通过与红外光谱的比较,讨论了该技术在鉴别常见物证例如:涂料、纺织纤维、复印墨粉、木屑等的实用性;裂解气相色谱/质谱法的局限性;各种检材实验条件的选择与优化结果;最后展望了该技术在法庭科学领域的应用前景。 In forensic science, there are some difficult problems about the identification of chemical composition and structure of high molecular polymer evidences, such as paint, rubber, plastics, fibers and so on. In this paper, application of Py-GC/MS in forensic science in recent years was summarized. Compared with infrared spectroscopy, main usefulness of this technique in the identification process of evidences including paint, fiber, copy powder and sawdust and other common trace evidences was discussed. The limitations of Py-GC/MS were analyzed, how to select experiment conditions for various trace evidences were discussed.Finally, the application prospect of this technique in forensic science field was forecasted.
