摘要
利用成熟的CAE模拟软件,针对某款联合收割机用柴油机主轴承壁在爆发压力作用下的应力分布及疲劳安全系数进行模拟计算。发现结构和材料的风险点后,分析原因,并对结构、材料进行优化,保证了联合收割机在低速大负荷工作状况下的可靠性。
CAE software is used to simulate and calculate the stress and safety factor of main bearing wall of the diesel engine in a harvester under the pressure of the outbreak. The risk points about the structure and material are found out, and main causes are analyzed. Finally the structure and material are optimized in order to insure the reliability of the combined harvester.
