超高层大模板施工条件下内筒水平预埋钢筋精度控制

摘要 华润总部大厦采用空间分区流水作业,且采用凸点顶模系统,核心筒竖向结构模板采用铝模板,使得水平结构钢筋需要在施工核心筒竖向结构时预埋。因此,如何解决钢筋预埋的准确性,保证预埋钢筋的质量,减少后期水平板施工时混凝土打凿的工作量,节省费用及时间,都成为了迫切需要解决的问题。要提高水平钢筋预埋精确的合格率,首先就需要根据调查以往的打凿数据分析出所有可能影响合格率的多个因素进行确认,找出主要原因和非主要原因,接着针对主要原因实行相应的主要措施,再检查实行措施后的效果,最后巩固措施,从而提高钢筋预埋精确合格率。 China resources group headquarters building by space partition line and the use of bump top mold system, using aluminum template core tube vertical structure template, the reinforcement level structure needs to be embedded in the vertical structure construction core barrel. Therefore, how to solve the accuracy of steel bars embedded, ensure the quality of the embedded steel reinforcement, reduce concrete chisels late horizontal plate construction workload and save cost and time have become an urgent need to solve the problem. In order to improve the level of the qualified rate of steel bars embedded accurately, we analyzed various factors affecting the qualification rate for confirmation to according to the investigation of previous digging out all of the possible data, and found out the main reason and non reason, then made the implementation of the main measures for the main reason, and checked the implementation effect of measures, finally provided strengthening measures in order to improve the precision and the qualified rate of steel bars embedded.
