摘要 250 m以上超高层建筑结构形式普遍采用核心筒+外框结构形式,对于此种结构形式一般采用顶模或爬模体系,即核心筒墙体竖向结构先行施工,楼板等水平结构滞后施工,依托华润总部大厦项目,重点介绍如何在水平楼板缺失、测量控制点位要求高、核心精度控制严格的条件下,完成核心筒偏差、垂直度控制,并结合施工经验,对此条件下更好的测量施工方法进行探讨。 250 meters and over high-rise buildings are often used tube structure, and its construction process is often used jacking formwork system, the vertical structure construction, floor and other horizontal structure lagging construction of the core tube wall leading This article based on the China resources group headquarters building, focused on how to complete the core cylinder deviation and the verticality controlling, under the condition of the lack of horizontal floor, the high demand of the control points and the strict control of the core precision, furthermore, combined with the construction experience, which was discussed under the condition of better measurement method of construction.
