岩溶地层桩基成孔施工技术

摘要 徐州北三环高架桥桩基遇溶洞率达90%以上,施工中漏浆严重,成孔困难,为保证桩基质量,采用了一系列针对性措施,有效地解决了桩基成孔技术难题。通过实践检验,本工程桩基一类桩合格率100%,满足施工质量要求且经济效益明显,为今后类似工程提供了宝贵的经验。 The pile foundation of Xuzhou North Third Ring Viaduct has leakage of grout seriously for the karst cave rate achieved above 90%, which was difficulty to drill. In order to ensure the quality of the pile foundation, this project adopted a series of measures to solve the technical problems of pile foundation effectively. Through practice, the class I pile of this project qualified rate was i00%, which met the construction quality requirements, and its economic benefits were better, which provided valuable experience for future similar projects.
