同轴水密电缆用阻水填充胶的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着通信技术的不断发展,对同轴水密电缆的高频性能提出了较高的要求。通过研究吸水膨胀型、半固化型、密封抗水型三类不同类型的阻水填充胶的性能以及对同轴水密电缆的绝缘性能、电气性能、耐高温性能、纵向水密性能的影响,认为目前同轴水密电缆较为理想的阻水形式为内导体填充半固化型阻水填充胶、外导体填充密封抗水型阻水填充胶。 With the continuous development of communication technology, higher requirements for the high frequency performance of the coaxial watertight cable are put forward. By studying the performances of three different types of water-blocking filler, which are water absorption expansion type, half-gel type, sealing water resistant type, and their affect on insulation performance, electrical performance, high temperature resistance and longitudinal water tightness of the coaxial watertight cable, it is considered that the ideal form of water-blocking for the cable is filling half-gel type filler in the inner conductor and sealing water resistant type filler in the outer conductor.
