摘要 研究一种气吹型光纤复合电缆的工艺实现,根据产品特点,从复合结构设计、光通信管道选型、气吹方式研究、光单元结构选型等方面进行论证。该工艺实现了光纤复合电缆的光通信管道提前预置功能,为后续用户对光单元的更换和扩容提供便利。 The process realization of air-blowing optical fiber composite cable is researched. According to the characteristics of the product, it is demonstrated from the aspects of composite structure design, optical communication pipe selection, air-blowing mode research, optical unit structure selection and so on. The preset process realizes the pre-set function of the optical communication pipe for optical fiber composite cable, which provides convenience for the subsequent users to replace and upgrade the optical unit.
