摘要
与传统的油膏填充式光缆相比,全干式光缆中光纤衰减性能的控制一直存在较大难度。针对该问题进行了深入的分析,并提出了相应的改善措施。通过采用挤出性能更优的国产PBT-280(Q02)材料,以及调节主牵引轮与中置紧压式牵引轮之间的速度差,使挤出的全干式光缆松套管具有较好的直径一致性及圆整度,满足相关标准规定,同时几乎不存在收缩。最终将光纤余长波动控制在较小的范围内,提高其稳定性,改善了全干式光缆中光纤衰减性能。
Compared with the conventional jelly filled optical fiber cable, it is more difficult to control the optical fiber attenuation performance of all-dry optical fiber cable. Aiming at this problem, deep analyses are made and corresponding improvement measures are put forward. By using domestic PBT-280(Q02) material with better extrusion performance and adjusting the speed difference between the main traction wheel and the mid-placed compact pressure traction wheel, the extruded loose tube of all dry optical fiber cable has better diameter consistency and roundness, which can meet the requirements of the relevant standards, meanwhile almost has no shrinkage. Finally, the optical fiber excess-length fluctuation is controlled in a smaller range, its stability is enhanced, and the optical fiber attenuation performance of the all-dry optical cable is improved.
