设计施工总承包模式下拆迁安置房项目设计管理的研究与应用

Research and Application of Design and Management of Demolition and Resettlement Housing Projects under Design and Construction General Contracting Model

近年来,国内工程建设项目越来越多地采用设计施工总承包模式建设。众多研究表明,在该建设模式下,建设单位的设计管理工作将处于整个项目管理的核心地位,其工作质量的好坏直接影响到项目管理水平的高低。论文结合采用设计施工总承包模式建设的某拆迁安置房项目的实例,分析阐述了从立项、设计、施工等各阶段设计管理工作的要点,并讲述了项目实施过程中,行政审批手续的办理、设计及施工作业之间的相互搭接关系,为同类型的建设项目提供借鉴。

In recent years, the domestic engineering construction project is more and more used in the construction of the design and construction of the general contracting model. Numerous studies have indicated that in this construction mode, the design and management of the construction unit will be in the core position of the whole project management, and the quality o f the work directly affects the level of project management. This paper adopts a demolition resettlement housing project construction design and construction general contracting mode of experience, analyzed from the project, design, construction and other points of each stage of design management, and at the end of the article, describes the process of project implementation, the overlapping relationship between the administrative examination and approval procedures for the design work, and work the construction work, provide a reference for the same type ofconstructionproject.
