川芎水煎醇沉液对家兔动脉血压及心率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用动脉血压直接测定方法观察不同剂量的川芎水煎醇沉液对家兔动脉血压及心率的影响。将家兔麻醉,分别耳缘静脉注射1g/kg、2 g/kg、4 g/kg剂量的川芎水煎醇沉液,通过BL-420E生物信号采集系统分别记录家兔给药前后收缩压、舒张压和脉压的变化。结果显示,与用药前比较,各剂量处理后家兔收缩压均有显著上升(P<0.01),高剂量组随药物作用时间延长收缩压降低。各剂量处理后家兔舒张压均有显著降低(P<0.01),高剂量组处理后动脉压均明显增加(P<0.01),且2 g/kg川芎水煎醇沉液可使家兔的动脉压明显提高;心率随给药剂量的增加而显著降低(P<0.01)。提示川芎水煎醇沉液对家兔有降压作用,各剂量组收缩压升高,舒张压降低,动脉压升高,心率降低。 Objective:To observe the impact of different doses of water-decoct and alcohol-sink liquid of Ligustion chuanxiong Hort. on arterial blood pressure and heart rate of rabbits. Methods: Arterial blood pressure of rabbit was determined directly. Narcotic rabbits were injected with Ligustion chuanxiong Hort. liquid by ear intravenous at the dosage of 1.0 g/kg, 2.0 g/kg and 4.0 g/kg respectively. Then systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were recorded by BL-420E biological signal acquisition system administration. Results: After treatment, systolic blood pressure in treated groups were increased significantly (P〈0.01), while systolic blood pressure in high dose group was decreased with administration prolonged. After treatment diastolic blood pressure in treated groups were decreased significantly (P〈0.01), but pulse pressure was increased significantly (P〈0.01), especially the 2.0 g/kg dosage group. Rhythm of the heart was significantly reduced with the administration dosage increasing (P〈0.01). It is concluded that water-deeoct and alcohol-sink liquid of Ligustion chuanxiong Hort. has hypotensive effect in rabbits, which could cause the increasing of systolic pressure and pulse pressure, and the decreasing of diastolic blood pressure andheart rate.
