桦木酸对大鼠胃溃疡大鼠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨桦木酸对大鼠胃溃疡的保护作用及可能机制,采用无水乙醇灌胃法建立大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,检测桦木酸对大鼠胃黏膜组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果表明,桦木酸能降低大鼠胃黏膜组织中MDA含量,提高SOD和GSH-Px活性。说明桦木酸对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用与增强胃黏膜抗氧化能力、抑制自由基生成密切相关。 In order to investigate the protection and mechanism of betulinic acid on gastric mucosa, acute gastric ulcer was induced in rats with absolute ethyl alcohol. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione perioxidase (GSH-Px), and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) of gastric mucosa in rats pretreated with betulinic acid were measured. The results showed that the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased remarkably, while the MDA content in gastric mucosa were decreased by BA pretreatment after ethanol-induced gastric mucosa injury. It is concluded that protective effect of betulinic acid on ethanol-induced gastric mucosa injury may be closely related to improving the antioxidation capacity.
