摘要
目的:通过比较不同产地和不同品种柴胡药材的品质差异,分析其在品种、质量和栽培等方面存在的问题。方法:查阅相关文献,对不同产地和不同品种柴胡药材的活性成分、药理作用、分子遗传特性及指纹图谱等最新研究进行总结与分析。结果:柴胡药材因其产地和品种不同,其质量也有差异,且仅依据单一或个别化学成分评价药材品质具有片面性。为了保证柴胡药材的质量,应建立多指标控制模型并规范栽培技术。结论:本文为进一步建立和健全柴胡药材的综合质量评价体系提供了理论依据。
Objective: The problems about variety, quality and cultivation were analyzed by comparing the quality difference of difference of Radix Bupleuri. Methods: The authors summarized and analyzed the latest researches of the active ingredients,pharmacological effects, molecular genetic characteristics and fingerprints of Radix Buph:uri in different regions and different varieties by reviewing the relevant literatures. Results: Due to different habiats and Varieties; Radix Bupleuriquality is also different, and only on the basis of single or individual chemical composition evaluation of the medicinal materials quality is one-sided. In order to ensure the quality of Radix Bupleuri, we should establish the multi-index control model and standardized cultivation techniques. Conclusion: It can provide theoretical basis for the establishment and improvement of comprehensive quality evaluation system of this plant.
