摘要 技术创新与技术进步是完成我国供给侧结构性改革、实现产品供给转型升级的关键,也是有效实现节能减排最重要的方式。从面上来看,我国节能减排在技术创新、技术进步以及提高技术效率上还有很大空间。在适当的市场环境和政策条件下,企业完全有动力也有能力通过技术创新来实现大幅度的节能减排,甚至由此盈利。目前我国经济结构调整、产业转型升级正处于阵痛期,经济增长放缓,这为我们冷静思考下一轮经济实现健康稳定可持续发展、采取技术创新实现产业转型升级赢得了宝贵时间。 Technological innovation and technological progress is the key to achieve the supply-side structural reform, to achieve the transformation and upgrading of product supply, and also the most effective way to achieve energy saving and emission reduction. Looking from the surface, there is still a lot of space for China's energy-saving emission reduction in technological innovation, technological progress and to improve the efficiency of technology. Under the appropriate market environment and policy conditions, the enterprise has the power and the ability to achieve a substantial energy saving and emission reduction through technological innovation, and even profit from this. Now in the throes of China's economic structure adjustment and industry transformation and upgrading, the slowdown in economic growth, wins precious time for us to calmly think about the next round of economic sustainable development, and how to achieve industry transformation and upgrading by technological innovation.
