摘要
综述迄今有关微量金属元素对甲烷菌激活作用的研究成果。微量金属元素特别是 Fe,Co,Ni的加入能使反应器内甲烷菌的优势菌种发生变化 ,从而使乙酸利用率提高数倍 ;微量金属元素对毒性物质产生强烈的拮抗作用。厌氧消化过程中补充甲烷菌所需的无机营养元素 ,特别是微量金属元素是提高厌氧消化过程效率和稳定性的重要途径。
This review paper summarizes resarch results on trace metal stimulation on methanogens up to date. When trace metals,especially Fe,Co,and Ni,were injected,stimulation of acetate utilization was discovered to be accompanied by a shift in predominance of methanogens,trace metals exercised an obvious antagonism against the toxicant. supplement of mineral nutrients,specially trace metals,is an important approach for enhancement of digestion process.
