摘要
以乙烯基乙醚和三氯乙酰氯为起始原料,经取代、加成、醚交换和消除等反应获得3-烷氧基丙烯酸酯。优化工艺条件下,3,3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯总收率为73.0%,含量98.3%;3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯的总收率达到64.1%,含量99.3%。该方法原料价廉易得,操作简单,具有较好的工业化应用前景。
3-Alkoxy acrylate was synthesized by substitution, addition, ether exchange and elimination reaction using ethyl vinyl ether and three chloroacetyl chloride as starting materials. Under the optimal condition,Methyl 3,3-dimethoxypropionate has the total yield of 73.0% and 98.3% purity; Methyl 3-methoxyacrylate has the total yield of 64.1% and 99.3% purity. The method has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials, simple operation and good prospect of industrial application
