促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical research of hepatocyte growth-promoting factors in the treatment of severe hepatitis

目的对促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎的临床效果进行研究。方法 60例重型肝炎患者,将患者简单随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予促肝细胞生长素治疗,对两组患者肝功能指标变化情况、不良反应及死亡情况进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后的凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、血清前白蛋白(PA)均明显较治疗前升高,总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)明显较治疗前下降,且观察组改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组死亡率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(30.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论促肝细胞生长素在重型肝炎治疗中的疗效可观,可在临床广泛应用。

Objective To research clinical effect by hepatocyte growth-promoting factors in the treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received additional hepatoeyte growth-promoting factors to treatment in the control group. Comparison was made on changes in liver function indexes, adverse reactions, and mortality condition between the two groups. Results The observation group had all higher prothrombin activity （PTA）, serum prealbumin （PA）, and lower total bilirubin （TBIL）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT） after treatment than those before treatment, and the observation group had much better improvement degree than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between nthe two groups （P〉0.05）. The observation group had much lower mortality （6.67%） than the control group （30.00%）, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hepatocyte growth-promoting factors shows excellent effect in treating severe hepatitis, and it is worth widely clinical application.
