耳尖放血配合龙珠软膏治疗寻常痤疮50例

Ear apex bloodletting combined with Longzhu ointment in the treatment of 50 acne vulgaris cases

目的观察耳尖放血疗法配合龙珠软膏治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法 100例寻常痤疮患者,随机对照法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予龙珠软膏外用,治疗组在对照组基础上采用耳尖放血疗法,观察2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为94%,对照组患者为80%,治疗组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在两组试验过程中均未产生不良反应。结论耳尖放血疗法配合龙珠软膏治疗痤疮疗效确切,无毒副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect by ear apex bloodletting combined with Longzhu ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 100 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received external use of Longzhu ointment, and the treatment group received additional ear apex bloodletting therapy to treatment in the control group. Their curative effects were evaluated after 2 courses of treatment. Results The treatment group had total effective rate in treatment as 94% than 80% in the control group. The treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no case with adverse reactions in the two groups during experiment. Conclusion Combination of ear apex bloodletting and Longzhu ointment shows precisely curative effect for acne, without toxic and side effects. This method is worth clinical promotion.
