摘要
目的明确某功能膜中试线可能产生的职业病危害因素种类和危害程度,为类似企业职业病防治提供依据。方法采用风险矩阵半定量分析法对该项目进行风险等级评估。结果二甲基甲酰胺、正己烷、甲苯、溶剂汽油的风险级别分别为1.30、1.09、1.09、1.36,所造成的风险等级为可忽略风险。结论因该功能膜中试线涉及化学物质种类多,存在急性职业病危害事故的风险,建设单位应建立完善的职业卫生管理体系,并采取有效的防护设施。
Objective To make clear the issuable occupational hazard factors in the process of functional memhrane pilot test line, analyze the damage degree and the effect on workers health, and provide evidence for prevention and control of occupational disease in similar enterprises. Methods The semi - quantity analysis of risk mat,'ix were carried out for occu- pational health exposure risk assessment. Results The risk level of dimethy formamide, n - hexane, toluene and solvent gasoline was 1.30,1.09,1.09,1.36 respectively. The risks of harmful substances in water membrane and optical membrane pilot test line could be neglected. Conclusion This project belong to special equipment manufacturing, construction pro- ject of more serious occupational hazards. Due to this item involved more chemicals, the risks of acute poisoning, chemical skin burn and chemical eye burn are existed. It is supposed to build perfect occupational health management system, pro- vide health surveillance and adopt effective protective measures tot workers.
