摘要
目的明确江门某污水处理厂存在的职业病危害因素及控制程度,提出防治对策。方法通过对该污水处理系统进行职业卫生学调查、工作场所主要职业病危害因素检测及接触职业病危害因素人员职业健康监护,进行职业病危害评价。结果工作场所中氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、锰及其无机化合物、其他粉尘、噪声的合格率均为100.0%;紫外辐射和工频电场强度均在职业接触限值范围内,硫化氢合格率为97.4%;职业健康检查37人,发现2名噪声职业禁忌证劳动者。结论该污水处理厂的职业病危害以硫化氢最为严重,污水处理厂应将硫化氢作为职工职业防护的关键点。
Objective To clear the occupational hazards and control degree of occupational hazards in a sewage treatment plant in Jiangmen, and put forward countermeasures. Methods Through occupational hygiene survey, detection of occupa- tional hazards in the workplace and occupational health monitoring for exposured occupational hazards, in order to carry out occupational hazards assessment. Results The pass rate of ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, manganese and its inorganic compounds, other dust and noise of workplace was 100. 0%. UV radiation and power frequency electric field strength were within the scope of occupational exposure limits, the qualified rate of hydrogen sulfide was 97.4%. 37 people were checked for the occupational health, and two noise professional contraindications workers were found. Conclusion The most serious occupational hazards in the sewage treatment plant is the hydrogen sulfide, it should be as a key point for occupational protection.
