摘要
为合理回收含铜为0.33%的云南某低品位铜矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 85%、组合捕收剂丁基黄药和Z-200(质量比1∶1)用量为80 g/t、2~#油用量为30 g/t、精选石灰用量为300 g/t的最优条件下,通过铜硫混浮—粗精矿再磨浮选工艺流程,最终获得了精矿铜品位为16.48%,铜回收率为82.42%的较好指标。
For reasonable recovery of low grade copper ore with O. 33% copper in Yunnan Province, on the basis of ore properties, beneficiation process test research was conducted. Experiment results show that the grinding fineness is 85% - 0. 074 mm, combination collector butyl xanthate and Z-200 (mass ratio of 1:1 ) dosage of 80 g/t,2# oil dosage of 30 g/t,lime dosage of 300 g/t in cleaning optimal conditions,by copper and sulphur bulk float-rough concentrate regrinding flotation process, concentrate with copper grade of 16.48% and recovery was 82.42% was finally got.
