摘要
为实现车体轻量化要求,对有轨电车车体铝合金枕梁和碳纤维复合材料枕梁结构形式及受力情况进行了分析,根据车体对该枕梁的指标要求,确定了其载荷及设计边界条件,通过仿真分析,验证了其强度、刚度。结果表明,在满足技术要求的前提下,采用碳纤维复合材料枕梁实现了大幅度减重的目标。
This paper introduces a tram body aluminum alloy bridge scheme and introduces its structure type and force condition. According to the requirements of the car body index, the load and design boundary conditions are determined. A carbon fiber composite beam scheme is proposed and simulation analysis is done. The strength and rigidity are verified. Un- der the premise of meeting the technical requirements, the goal of substantial weight loss is achieved.
