摘要 刀盘是硬岩掘进机施工中的关键部件,而滚刀是刀盘掘进中的利器,掘进机在施工过程中能否顺利推进,能否把坚硬的岩石啃下来,完全取决于滚刀的性能。假设岩体是连续和均质的工况下,对特定的硬岩掘进机滚刀起动牵引力的数值进行计算,计算的结果比实际所需的值略大,安全系数高,滚刀性能卓越、稳定,并可节约施工时间。通过三维建模和计算校核可知,刀轴设计满足强度要求。 Cutter-head is the key component in construction of hard rock tunnel boring machine. Hob is a sharp weapon in cutter-head boring because the successes of propitiousness driving and rocking the hard rock depend entirely on its per- formance during construction. By assuming the rock is homogeneous and continuous conditions, the numerical value of the driving force starting for a certain TBM is calculated. The results are slightly larger than the actual values, so the safety fac- tor is high. The performance of the hob is excellent and stable, and the construction time can be saved. Finally, through the 3D modeling and calculation, the design of the cutter shaft meets the strength requirement.
