炼铁厂铁水脱磷研究与应用

摘要 随着钢铁冶金生产技术的快速发展,用户对钢质量的要求也在不断提高。如何改善炼钢工艺条件、降低转炉炼钢的生产成本成为各钢厂面临的重大课题。通过试验,确定了最适合山钢集团预处理中磷铁水的工艺条件和参数,使铁水质量达到了炼钢生产的要求,从而切实推动了中磷铁矿的大规模开发利用,提高了炼铁水平,降低了生产成本。 With the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for steel quality has been improved. How to improve the steetmaking process conditions and reduce the cost of converter steelmaking has become a major issue for the steel mills. Through the test, the most suitable Shandong steel pretreatment technology and parameters of high phosphorus hot metal is determined. The quality of molten iron can meet the requirement of steel production, so as to promote the large- scale development and utilization of high phosphorus iron ore, raising the level of ironmaking and reducing production costs.
