高精度空间角度框架加工工艺技术

摘要 外框架是某产品的核心部件,材质为ZL114A铸铝合金。其承载的光学系统和控制系统具有双向角度和较高的尺寸和几何公差要求。加工过程中存在的质量问题较多,特别是空间角度及重要尺寸超差严重,成品率不足50%,严重拖延了产品研制周期。针对外框架加工工艺技术,通过有限元应力分析技术应用,创新装夹方式,设计专用量具,有效解决了外框架加工、检测问题,提高了外框架的加工质量和效率。 The outer frame is the key part of a product which adopts ZL114A casting Aluminum alloy material. The op- tical and control systems require double-angles and higher dimension and geometric tolerance requirement. There are a lot of quality problems in machining especially severe out of tolerance in space angles and key dimensions, thus the final qualifica- tion rate is less than 50% and the R&D period of the product is badly delayed. To solve the problem, via finite element stress analysis technique application, innovating the assembling jig method, designing special measuring tools, the machi- ning and testing problems are effectively solved, thus the machining quality and efficiency of the outer frame is raised.
