摘要
主要分析了织物结构参数,包括织物厚度、容重、织物组织等对织物热阻的影响。试验中采用层层叠加的方式实现了织物厚度的线性增加。结果表明:当其他因素一定时,织物热阻与织物厚度呈线性增加的关系;容重越大,织物的热阻越小;织物组织对织物热阻的影响主要与织物单元组织循环纱线数n有关。同时,探讨了厚度和容重对织物热阻的组合影响。结果表明,织物热阻是织物厚度、容重和组合参数三者的多元函数。
The influence of fabric structure parameters including fabric thickness, density, and structure on the thermal resistance of fabric is mainly analyzed. During the experimental process, the linear increase of fabric thickness is realized by overlaping multiple layers. The results indicate that when other factors are constant, with fabric thickness increasing, the thermal resistance of fabric appears linear increase. While it decreases with the volume weight increasing. There is relationship between the thermal resistance and structure of fabric, which is mainly related to the amount of yarns in one structure unit. Moreover, the influence of fabric thickness and volume weight on the thermal resistance is also discussed. The results demonstrate that thermal resistance of fabric is the multivariate function of thickness, volume weight and combined parameters.
