摘要
用35.7 tex湿法亚麻纱与20 D、30 D、40 D锦纶长丝在捻线机上交捻合股,分别设定5种不同捻度进行反向S捻交捻。对各捻度下的纱线性能进行测试和性能对比,得到各纱线最佳捻度。结果认为:35.7 tex亚麻/20 D锦纶纱的最佳捻度为520捻/m;35.7 tex亚麻/40 D锦纶纱和35.7 tex亚麻/30 D锦纶纱的最佳捻度为550捻/m。
The wet spinning linen of 35.7 tex and filament of polyamide （20D, 30D, 40D） were used on a twisting machine to twist ply, and five different twist to reverse twist （S） were set. The properties of various twist yarns were tested and compared, then the best twist of each yarn was obtained. The results showed that the optimal twist was 520/m for 35.1 tex/20D flax/polyamide yarn; and the optimal twist was 550/m for 35.7 tex/40D and 35.7 tex/30D flax/polyamide yarn.
