Exploration on the Methods of Refining Social Governance in the Southwest Frontier Regions under the Background of Opening up and Development

在"一带一路"开放发展背景下,西南边境地区的社会治理仍停留在原来的水平,严重阻碍了经济社会发展,因此,亟需创新社会治理模式,通过文化路径、制度路径和技术路径,推进社会治理朝精细化方向迈进,进一步丰富、健全社会治理体系,努力提高社会治理水平。

At present, under the background of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ and opening up and development, the social governance in the southwest frontier region is still at the original level, which seriously hinders the economic and social development, and urgently needs to innovate the social governance mode and promote the social governance towards the fine direction. From the perspective of opening up and development, this paper explores the realization of social governance in the southwest frontier region, from the aspects of the cultural path, institutional route and technical path, to enrich and perfect the social governance system, striving to improve the level of social governance.
