动态血压监测规范化探讨

Standard Operation of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring

国内外指南均在积极建议,对可疑高血压患者,如有条件最好行动态血压监测(ABPM)进一步明确,故ABPM指标的客观性与准确性尤为重要。但我国目前ABPM操作人员缺乏统一性,在基层医疗机构尤为突出,因此本文在参考国内外ABPM相关指南基础上,结合四川大学华西第四医院ABPM团队的工作经验对ABPM的规范化操作进行介绍,以期为基层医疗机构ABPM操作人员提供参考。

Many guidelines at home and abroad actively recommend that the suspected hypertension should be arranged for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring（ABPM）.So the objectivity and accuracy of the ABPM are of particular importance.However,currently in China,the performing of ABPM operators,especially those in grassroots medical institutions,lacks standardization.Based on the guidelines related to ABPM at home and abroad and the experience of ABPM operators in No.4 West China Teaching Hospital,Sichuan University,we made an exhaustive introduction of the standard operation of ABPM,with the hopes of providing a reference for ABPM operators in grassroots medical institutions.
