摘要
目的:考察胜任力、工作满意度在职业韧性与职业倦怠关系中的链式中介效应。方法:采用职业韧性量表、胜任力量表、工作满意度量表和职业倦怠量表对258名农村小学校长进行调查。结果:(1)职业韧性对农村小学校长的职业倦怠具有负向预测作用;(2)胜任力是职业韧性与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间的中介变量;(3)工作满意度是胜任力与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间的中介变量。结论:胜任力和工作满意度在职业韧性与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间起链式中介作用。
Objective: This study constructed a chain mediation model to explore how career resilience influences prin- cipals of rural primary schools' job burnout. Methods: 258 principals of rural primary schools were recruited in the study to complete the career resilience scale, competency scale, job satisfaction questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire. Results: (1)career resilience negatively predicted principals of rural primary schools' job burnout; (2)competency mediated the effect of career resilience on principals of rural primary schools' job burnout; (3)job satisfaction mediated the effect of career resilience on principals of rural primary schools' job burnout. Conclusion: Competency and job satisfaction play a chain mediating effect between career resilience and principals of rural primary schools' job burnout.
