血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标水平与老年白血病的诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Relationship between Serum Th1,Th2,Th17 Related Indexes and Elderly Patients with Leukemia

目的研究与分析血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标水平与老年白血病的诊断价值。方法选取52例老年白血病患者为观察组,选取同期的52例健康老年人员为对照组,然后检测及比较两组老年人员的血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标水平,采用Logistic分析血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标与老年白血病的关系。结果观察组血清Th1及Th17相关指标水平均低于对照组,血清Th2相关指标均水平高于对照组,且不同分类及临床分期不同老年白血病也存在明显差异,经Logistic分析上述指标均与老年白血病有密切的关系,P均<0.05。结论血清Th1、Th2及Th17相关指标水平均与老年白血病有密切的关系,因此对老年白血病具有积极的诊断意义。

Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between serum Thl, Th2, Thl7 related indexes and elderly patients with leukemia. Methods 52 elderly patients with leukemia were selected as the observation group, 52 healthy elderly patients were selected as the control group, the serum Thl, Th2 and Thl 7 related indexes of elderly persons of the 2 groups were detected and compared, and the statistical results of elderly patients with different classifications and stages were compared, and the relationship between serum Th1, Th2, Th17 related indexes and elderly patients with leukemia were analyzed by logistic a- nalysis. Results The serum Thl and Th17 related indexes of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group, serum Th2 related indexes were all higher than those of the control group, and the statistical results of elderly patients with differ- ent classifications and stages had obvious differences, and those indexes all had close relationship with elderly patients with leuke- mia, all P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Serum Thl, Th2 and Th17 related indexes all have close relationship with elderly patients with leukemia, so the indexes all have active diagnostic significance in the elderly patients with leukemia.
