胃癌患者血清以及癌组织中LDH的表达及其与患者预后的相关性

Correlation between LDH Expression and Prognosis in the Patients with Gastric Cancer and Cancer Tissues

目的探讨乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在胃癌患者血清、癌组织中的表达以及与患者预后的相关性。方法选取80例术中经病理确诊为胃癌的患者作为本次研究的对象,另选取同期进行体检的健康人80例作为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪检测2组对象血清中LDH水平。术中取胃癌组织、癌旁正常组织及癌旁淋巴结组织,采用免疫组织化学法对3处组织中的LDH表达情况进行分析。采用Spearman秩相关分析LDH在胃癌患者血清及癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征及预后的相关性。结果胃癌患者、正常人血清中LDH水平分别为(349.41±97.23)IU/ml、(185.40±52.24)IU/ml,胃癌患者血清中LDH含量明显多于对照组正常人(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中LDH含量最高,明显高于癌旁正常组织、癌旁淋巴组织中LDH的含量。Spearman秩相关分析显示,胃癌患者血清中LDH含量与淋巴结转移、TNM分期、侵袭情况、分化程度等因素相关(P<0.05),癌组织中LDH阳性表达与年龄、淋巴结转移、侵袭情况、分化程度等密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 LDH在胃癌患者血清及癌组织中的表达显著高于正常人及癌旁正常组织,且血清LDH及癌组织中LDH的表达均与淋巴结转移、侵袭情况、分化程度等因素密切相关,可作为评估胃癌患者预后的辅助指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） in serum and cancer tissues of patients with gastric cancer and its correlation with prognosis. Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology were selected. 80 healthy people who took physical examination were selected as the control group. Serum LDH levels were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. The expression of LDH in gastric cancer tissues, adjacent normal tissues and adjacent lymph nodes were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The expression of LDH in serum and cancer tissues of patients with gastric cancer and its correlation with elinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis. Re- suits The levels of LDH in serum of patients with gastric cancer were （349.41±97.23 ） IU/ml and （185.40±52.24） IU/ml respectively. The levels of LDH in serum of patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The content of LDH in gastric cancer tissues was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues and adjacent tissues. Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that LDH levels in serum of patients with gastric cancer were correlated with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, invasion and differentiation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of LDH in cancer tissues was correlated with age, lymph node metastasis, invasion and differentiation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of LDH in serum and cancer tissues of patients with gastric cancer are significantly higher than that in normal and adjacent normal tissues. The expression of LDH and LDH in serum are closely related to lymph node metastasis,invasion and differentiation. It can be adjuvant index for evaluation of the prognosis of gastric cancer.
