三维适形放疗联合化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Chemotherapy for Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的探讨三维适形放疗联合化疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取中晚期宫颈癌患者126例,采取随机数表的方式将患者随机分成对照组和实验组;对照组采用常规放疗结合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶方案同步化疗的治疗方式,实验组采用三维适形放疗结合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶方案同步化疗的治疗方式;治疗8周后比较两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后实验组ORR为74.60%,对照组为46.03%,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌效果显著,安全性较高,具有重要的临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods 126 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group;the control group received conventional radiotherapy combined with cisplatin and fluorouracil chemotherapy treatment, the experimental group received three dimensional eonformal-radiotherapy combined with cisplatin and fluorouracil scheme of synchronous chemotherapy treatment; the curative effect and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared 8 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, the ORR of the experimental group was 74.60%, and that of the control group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions in the experimental group were less than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.
