γ-Fe_2O_3/SiO_2/GR/TiO_2复合光催化剂的制备及可见光光催化性能研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了γ-Fe_2O_3/SiO_2/GR/TiO_2复合光催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、DRS、VSM对样品的结构、形貌、吸收光谱、磁性进行表征,并通过在可见光下对亚甲基蓝的降解评价复合光催化剂的光催化性能和稳定性。结果表明,该复合光催化剂在可见光下具有较好的光催化性能。石墨烯可以抑制电子-空穴对的复合,增强TiO_2在可见光区的吸收,提高了TiO_2的光催化性能。复合光催化剂经多次重复利用后仍能保持较高的光催化活性。 γ-Fe203/SiO2/G1VTiO2 composite photocatalyst was prepared by using sol -gel method. The structure, morphology, absorption spectrum and magnetic property of the samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, DRS and VSM. Photocatalytic activity and stability of the composite photocatalyst were evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue solution under visible light. The results indicated that the composite photocatalyst had high photocatalytic activity under the visible light. Graphene can effectively increase the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 by reducing recombination of the electron - hole pairs and enhancing the absorption of TiO2 in the visible light region. The composite photocatalyst remained high photocatalytic activity after being reused for several times..
