摘要
轻稀土矿含有镧的同位素^(139)La和^(138)La,轻稀土矿经过采选、分离和冶炼,其镧产品中其他放射性物质被清除,轻稀土镧产品中镧的天然丰度没有变化,镧化合物及其单质分子中镧元素的含量也是确定的。使用γ能谱分析轻稀土矿镧产品样品中的^(138)La的活度,来计算出轻稀土镧金属及其化合物产品总量。给出了镧化合物及镧金属产品总量和不确定度的计算公式。实验结果表明,用γ能谱分析轻稀土镧化合物以及镧金属产品总量,分析结果满足《GB/T14635-2008》标准的精密度要求,给企业质量管理提供了一种快速准确检验的物理方法。
Light rare earth minerals contains isotopes of lanthanum 139La and 138La, after mining, separating and refining, other radioactive substances in their lanthanum products are removed. There is no change in the natural abundances of lanthanum in light rare earth lanthanum products, the content of lanthanum element in lanthanum compounds and elementary molecules is certain. Using gamma ray energy spectrum to analyze the activity of 138La in the samples of the lanthanum product of light rare earth minerals, and calculate the total content of light rare earth lanthanum metals and its compounds. The calculation formula of the total content and the uncertainty of the lanthanum compound and the lanthanum metal product are given. Experimental results show that using gamma energy spectrum to analyze the total content of light rare earth lanthanum compounds and lanthanum metal products can meet the requirements on the precision of the "GB/T14635 - 2008" standard, it provides a fast and accurate physi- cal method for the quality management of enterprises.
